The Problem: A Dirty Ceiling Strip
The production room was equipped with Gyraflex rotating nozzles, mounted close to the ceiling in two rows along the sides of a rectangular space. Each nozzle had three spray directions: downward, sideways, and straight up.
Yet the center of the ceiling remained dirty. Our analysis revealed several causes:
• The upward spray just missed the center zone.
• Spray patterns lacked proper overlap.
• The nozzles rotated too fast, producing mist instead of impact-driven droplets..
For professionals in industrial cleaning, this is a common issue: effective coverage relies not only on nozzle type, but also on precise placement and settings.
