GyraFlex Nozzles
GyraFlex is available in nine models, each with specific spray angles, capacities, and applications. Made from corrosion-resistant materials and operating without seals, they handle high temperatures and chemical cleaners with ease.
The rotating head uses spray energy to deliver consistent cleaning even at low pressure or with foam. Spray direction, angle, and rotation speed are fully adjustable, and the self-lubricating head resists clogging and wear. GyraFlex nozzles are ideal for CIP systems and are commonly used in dairy and beverage filling lines, tanks, freezers, and ovens.

About GyraFlex
ANRO Spray Solutions developed the GyraFlex to overcome the limitations of traditional rotary nozzles, such as low cleaning power or clogging parts. Its unique ball joint and rotating head without internal components provide optimal cleaning and adjustable rotation speed. This reduces the ‘spin-off’ effect of small droplets and delivers better performance at lower water usage and pressure. Tests show the GyraFlex covers a larger cleaning area and is ideal for tanks, containers, drums, and CIP systems.
